Hulk Hogan's estranged wife Linda Bollea has filed an emergency court motion asking a Florida judge to throw the wrestling legend in jail - for failing to pay her the agreed $4.2 million (?2.1 million) to buy an apartment in Las Vegas. The pair has been embroiled in a bitter war of words since Linda filed for divorce from Hogan - real name Terry Bollea - last November after 23 years of marriage. At a hearing in April , Hogan was ordered to hand over the cash to Linda to finalise the buy, which they had been in the process of purchasing when he was hit with divorce papers. The judge ruled Hogan must pay to complete the deal, after which the condominium would be considered a shared asset. The division of assets is to be decided at a later date. However, according to legal documents filed on 2 June and obtained by website Tmz.com, Linda claims Hogan is in contempt of court because he has still not paid for the pad. And she wants him locked up - in the same jail where their 17-year-old son Nick is currently serving his eight-month sentence for felony reckless driving charges. In the papers, Linda's attorneys urge the court to: "Find the Husband (Hogan) in willful civil contempt of Court for his failure to comply with the terms of the Court's Order Approving Stipulation as to Las Vegas Condominium Contract and for Related Matters." They also call for the judge to: "Incarcerate the Husband in the Pinellas County Jail until he performs all necessary acts required by the existing Court Order, including providing the necessary funds to the Closing Agent and obtaining title to the aforementioned real property in joint names of the Husband and the Wife (Linda)."

Denise: "I'm Done with Charlie"
While Charlie Sheen has promised to no longer speak about his estranged ex Denise Richards to the press, the actress has clearly not taken the same vow.
"I'm done with Charlie," she tells AOL. "I'm at a point where I'm sick of it, and now I'll just talk because I've had three years of this. It's crazy."
"Crazy" is all the "lies" the actor puts out there about her, trying to paint in her in a negative light, Denise says. Some of his untruths? That she wanted to crash his wedding to Brooke Mueller, requested an early copy of his OK! wedding cover story, received $40 million in their divorce and asked him for his sperm.
"All of that is garbage," she says. "He needs to shut up. He talks about me exploiting the kids, but he's exploiting our entire situation in the public."
Although Charlie's remarried, Denise is not looking for a new relationship yet despite the fact that the series premiere of her reality show Denise Richards: It's Complicated showed her going on a date.
"I've been through hell," she says. On top of everything else, I lost my mother over the holidays. I'm not looking for a relationship. If one happens to come along, fantastic. But I'm fine just focusing on being with my girls and working and getting things more settled."
And perhaps another Playboy spread is in the cards as well.
"It's still a possibility. It's so iconic and fun. I think that my niche is as a sex symbol. I'm never going to be the girl next door, so why not play up my niche?"
